Renlund x2 💪🏻 (April 29, 2024)

Wow this week was a powerful week!!! Highlights: -biggest highlight was that Elder Dale G. Renlund came and we were able to not only have a full mission conference with him but he also came to the stake conference for the stake I'm serving in!!! Shook his hand 2x and got to hear two different talks!! He truly is an apostle of the Lord! He was quite literally glowing and he made the room 10x brighter!! So cool!! -our friend Keyshun who came ro church this last week met with us everyday this week and on Saturday he accepted an invitation to be baptized!!! He is so amazing and prepared!!! We also found out he graduated the same year as us! For some reason we thought he was way older than that lol but LETS GOO KEYSHUN!! -went on exchanges with the Hermanas this week!! I got to be with Hermana Packard who just got to the mission like 2 weeks ago!! Her Spanish is so amazing already and it was fun getting to "speak" another language haha -Met a guy who has already read the whole Book of Mormon and wants to meet and talk all about it!! Soo cool! -witnessed someone steal a case of bear right out of a gas station. Lol ✌️ Here's some of my favorite parts of Elder Renlunds thoughts to us as missionaries and to the Greenville Stake----- 5 elements to build your foundation: 1. Know your divine worth as a child of God 2. Know that Christ is your savior and Redeemer 3. Know that the restoration is true! 4. Start and stay on the covenant path 5. Serve others!! -change your focus towards the savior and the savior will become more real to you! -you don't have to be perfect to deliver His perfect message!
