I still don't know what week it is...
Hey everybody! I don't know how to start these emails without sounding repetitive so let's just get to it!
This week was so fun! On Tuesday Sister Carter had to go to MLC in Irmo so I got to go hang with Sister Hess in Summerville! I was so excited because me and Sister Hess came in together! We saw some pretty cool miracles! We met a lady who has met with missionaries in the past and she got super excited about coming to church and bringing her granddaughter! It was a super sweet interaction! We spent a lot of time in North Charleston this week because we had zone council meeting and then zone leadership council. It was quite a bit of meetings but I learned A TON!
We had some pretty cool miracles this week! Cori is now on date for baptism in May! She has already taken steps to prepare for baptism and we are so excited for her! The lesson was on her birthday which was even more amazing aince we got to celebrate that alongside her family! Nancy, if yall remember from a couple of emails ago, is also now on date for baptism!! We had the prompting one day just to call her up and invite her to church and it turned into a lesson and an invitation to be baptized!!! She loves the book of mormon and she has recognized the peace in her life when she reads it! The Book of Mormon is so powerful and I'm so grateful for the guidance it gives!
Easter Sunday was amazing! Me and Sister Carter got invited to sing with the primary in sacrament meeting! We got to sing The Miracle which is one of my favorite songs about Jesus Christ! It was such a spirit filled sacrament meeting! I hope y'alls Easter was amazing!
This week I was reading in Alma 37 and in verse 6 Alma says, "by small and simple things are great things come to pass." I love this so much and it reminded me that God often helps us and brings his work forth through small miracles. It can be hard to be patient but I know that God has a plan and when we have that patience and faith God will bless us far more than we could ever expect!
I love you all so much and I hope your week is full of miracles!!
Love, Sister Jolley:)
