I love to see the temple... (August 21, 2023)

Highlights of the week!!!

-we had district p day this last Monday and we went to downtown Greenville and had a picnic of some sort at the park over there! It was only like a million degrees plus humidity but we had fun either way haha!!

-we got official set miles this week yall, it's been an adjustment but we saw some miracles! Pray that we can stay under our mile limit 

-we got to go to the temple!!! This was a much needed day! It was filled with peace and the spirit was so strong! It was the perfect place for some personal revelation and to just be able to breathe for a couple of hours! I love the temple so much and I just love how close I feel to my father in heaven and to my savior!! If you have the chance to go to the temple this week, do it!! 

-We got to see a ton of missionaries at the temple and specifically I got to see SISTER CARTER at the temple!!! I had been missing her so it was so fun to be able to talk with her! LOVE YOU SIS CARTER!! (We even got a generations pic with me, sis Carter, and sis spiker, pictured down below haha) 

-had a member meal with a family and it ends up the dad played soccer at BYU while my dad was coaching so they know each other!! It was a crazy coincidence!! God is so good! 

-shoutout to my mom, it was her Birthday this last Friday!!! Love you mom!! 

Last but easily my favorite part of the week.... 

TATYANA GOT BAPTIZED!!! Woooo!!! It was such an amazing baptism! Her whole family was there and Steven, her husband was able to baptize and confirm her! The spirit was so strong and she was just beeming!! I'm so grateful I have been able to be a part of her journey and to continue to see her grow in the gospel!! Thank you for all the prayers!! Her faith is truly amazing and to see her progress has been a real joy! 

This is gonna be short since I already talked yall's ears off. I am just so grateful for the restored gospel of Jesus Christ! The guidance and the peace that it brings into my life is truly amazing and that it is truly for everyone! The simple things we do each day like daily prayer and scripture study really are that foundation that can grow our testimony so much! I invite each of you to strive to continue doing those small things each day with real intent and I can promise that the blessings will pour out!
