Good Week (I can't think of titles anymore) (Oct 16. 2023)

Good morning/afternoon/evening wherever you are! Let's get right into the highlights! -had a super fun district p day! We went hiking up Paris mountain and it was gorgeous! The leaves were so pretty and I found an adorable lizard! -we had an amazing lesson with our friend Brooke and she talked about getting her whole family to come to church!! Ahh she is so amazing! -played sleeping queens at a member meal with their kids, first card game I have won since my first transfer( shoutout sis Carter who whipped my butt in Egyptian rat trap every night) -got pink mama's ice cream, mid for 6 dollars.... -knocked on this guy that an inactive member sent us to... this guy went on a rant for about an hour about how he went to prison for murdering someone or almost murdering someone I can't remember but still it was interesting... maybe we'll go back, probably not. - invited our friend Joey to pray about baptism and he said he would!! He's so amazing! -prays for Jacori, please! -met our new friend Mariana and she accepted a Book of mormon and said she was going to read it!! I loved getting to hear her background and how her relationship with God has grown over the years! Something that I loved from this last sunday school class was the emphasis on spiritual preparedness!! The Sunday school teacher said this, "Christ will come, there is no doubt about it. The real question is are WE coming to Christ?" That really sunk in and made me think about how I come to Christ each day! I invite yall to look for ways to come unto Christ daily! Sorry for the quick email but not a crazy ton of stuff happened this week but transfers are this week so next week will be a fun email! Love yall and God loves you even more!!
